Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or rescheduling your visit

Please provide ample notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a home visit appointment. You will not be charged if you cancel with at least 24 hours of notice.

Please cancel your appointment via phone at 07944 502002 and we will confirm your cancellation or reschedule your appointment.

If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, a minimum £25 payment will be applied to cover the administrative costs of the cancellation.

No Ear Wax Found

If, upon your initial visual examination, no ear wax is found you will not be charged for the microsuction service. However, there will be a £25 call out charge to cover the cost of the home visit.
